DOVE SPH Nomination

This form is for DOVE Nominees from the School of Public Health ONLY. All other nominations must be submitted via the applicant's record in the Graduate School application system (Slate).

Programs can nominate up to two (2) prospective students in research-based graduate programs.

Applicants to professional degree programs are not eligible for the DOVE Fellowship, but may be considered for the Professional DOVE Fellowship administered by the Provost's Office.

Nomination Deadline: February 10, 2027 by 5:00pm CST

Program Verification

The program confirms that they will provide the following REQUIRED funding for selected DOVE Fellows. Programs that do not confirm BOTH of the funding requirements below are not eligible for DOVE funding and the application will not be reviewed.

$2,000, if needed, for the DOVE Fellow to participate in the GSDO First Year Institute (FYI). $1,000 will be paid to the DOVE Fellow upon FYI completion in Spring 2028 and $1,000 will be paid to Faculty Mentor.
A minimum of $1,000 for each DOVE fellow for research/conference travel.
