HHH Admissions Appointment Request Form

Appointments are designed to give prospective students an opportunity to ask in-depth questions about Humphrey programs. Please fill out this form to set up a meeting with Humphrey School admissions staff so that we an be sure to make the most of our meeting. Meetings are traditionally available between 9am and 4pm CT.
